PRIVATE STUDENT ACCOMMODATION
Study & Stay is a provider of private student accommodation in Cape Town’s northern suburbs. Our Maree Street hostel in Kempenville, Bellville has 53 beds in a mix of single and shared rooms. Our Durban Road hostel, next to Tyger Valley, which opened in June 2025, offers 26 beds for female students, in a mix of single and shared rooms. Both hostels have live-in superintendents, offer high speed wifi, laundries and state of the art security systems.
The hostels are ideally located for students studying at the Eduvos (Tyger Valley Campus), STADIO Higher Education (Durbanville Campus), NewBridge Graduate Institute (Tygervalley), Netcare Education's Western Cape Campus, The Mediclinic Higher Education and Training institution or others in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, as we offer a daily shuttle service to most institutions.
Study & Stay is not NSFAS accredited so we cannot, at this time, support applications from NSFAS students
